- All students will be considered to have consented to dental screening unless their parent/guardian actively opts out.
- To opt out, parents must complete and submit the Peel Public Health opt-out form via http://www.peelregion.ca/dental/schoolscreeningor they can call Peel Public Health directly at 905-799-7700.
